Health and Wellbeing
Health and Wellbeing
Here at the Twizel Community Care Centre, we can connect you to health professionals and community groups to support your health and wellbeing.
Having the tools, support and environments to maintain our physical health and mental wellbeing can help us to build and sustain an enjoyable life.
Free Nurse Led Clinic
Arowhenua Whānau Services offers a free Nurse and Mental Health Support clinic on the first Wednesday of every month at the Twizel Community Care Centre.
This is available for all Māori and non Māori living in the Twizel area.
The service is free and no appointment is necessary.
Community Groups
There are a number of community groups utilising the space here at the Twizel Community Care Centre ranging from fitness classes, Yoga, Church Services, Bridge and Genealogy.
We have a Community Notice Board to check out too.
